About the Position

The Laboratory Technician supports accurate and timely diagnosis across the center by running routine and specialized tests to national quality standards.

Job Summary

This role performs a broad range of laboratory investigations, maintains equipment, and ensures quality assurance procedures are consistently followed.

Main Responsibilities / Duties

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and on time.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Follow quality control and quality assurance protocols.
• Record and report test results in line with clinical protocols.
• Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or BSc in Medical Laboratory Science/Technology.
• Valid professional license.

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience in a clinical setting.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and safety protocols.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy for results entry.
